I absolutely love the cover for Nobody is Ever Missing by Catherine Lacey. The summary doesn’t quite sound like the sort of thing I tend to read – “Elyria takes a one-way flight to New Zealand, abruptly leaving her stable but unfulfilling life in Manhattan.” – but this cover makes me want to give it a chance anyways.
First Impressions of The Library at Mount Char
Scott Hawkins’ The Library at Mount Char is dark, weird and funny. It’s basically the perfect book for me. I knew I was going to love it within a few sentences, and so far it hasn’t disappointed.
